Yes, we provide 3-month free trial period with the starter plan, as a no risk option. To test and see the functionality, once you have had the opportunity to see the value for your company, we would suggest upgrading to the suitable plan based on your number of users. Free trial is provided for testing & for non-commercial use only. 

 

On request during the cancellation, we will provide 30 days extra login period to download your data. After 30 days, our system will automatically delete from the database

If you are a small organization with fewer than 10 users for IEHUB, then we recommend you take the Starter plan and upgrade to the Team or Enterprise plan as you grow. If your organization has fewer than 30 users, then we recommend taking the Team plan and upgrading to the Enterprise plan as you grow. If your organization has more than 30 users, then we recommend taking the Enterprise plan.

No, there is no long-term commitment or cancellation fees. We generally recommend choosing the yearly subscription model to avoid the overhead associated with monthly billings or payments between organizations. From the date of your cancellation request, we will provide an extra month of login access to download your data.
